123 STRATEGIA, a French SAS (simplified joint-stock company) with share capital of EUR 2,000, SIREN 106 753 205, with its head office at 23 allée des Impressionnistes, 93420 Villepinte, France, is the data controller for the details about visitors described in this policy under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

We operate strategiaplay.link and publish mobile games as Strategia Play, an independent game studio. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who processes it for us and what rights visitors have.

This policy currently covers the strategiaplay.link website and email contact or postal your messages with Strategia Play. We do not currently publish any mobile apps, so no app name, package name, SDK or Android permission is described here.

When Strategia Play releases a game on Google Play in the future, that application shall receive a separate policy on this site, naming the app and its package and following its Google Play Data Safety answers.

The Strategia Play website has no accounts, forms, comments or payments. Visitors don't need to give us details about visitors to read it.

Our hosting provider processes technical technical log data on our behalf: IP address, requested page, time, browser type and, if sent, the referring page. We don't combine this data with any other source and don't use it to identify individual visitors.

If visitors write to us, we receive your name, return address and anything visitors include. Please don't send passwords, payment details, health data or identity documents.

Because no application is published yet, we have no Data Safety declaration to report. Each future app policy shall follow the Data Safety categories and say whether data stays on the device or leaves it.

We use technical log data only to deliver pages, keep our website secure and investigate faults or misuse; the legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We use your messages to understand your request, reply and keep a record of our answer, based on legitimate interest, and to meet legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) where French law requires records.

We don't sell details about visitors, don't use it for advertising or profiling and make no decisions about visitors by automated means alone.

If we ever wanted to use details about visitors for a new purpose that is not compatible with these, we would update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent.

The website includes no analytics, advertising, social plugins, external fonts or third-party SDKs.

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts our website and acts as our processor for technical log data under its data processing addendum. Its policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Any SDK used in a future Strategia Play application shall be named, with a link to its policy, in that app’s own policy.

our host Cloudflare keeps request logs for a short period under its own settings; we don't copy them elsewhere.

We keep your messages for up to 18 months after a matter is closed, unless a longer period is needed to establish or defend a legal claim or to comply with French law.

Visitors may ask us to delete your your messages at any time; we shall do so unless the law requires us to keep it, and shall tell visitors if so.

The website is a general company site for people who play, parents and business contacts and is not directed at children under 15, the age of digital consent in France.

We don't knowingly collect details about visitors from children through it. If a child has written to us, tell us and we shall delete the message. Each future game policy shall state its intended audience.

The website requests no device permissions. Visiting it never asks for your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, files or notifications.

When Strategia Play publishes an Android game, its policy shall list every permission in the released build and explain why it is needed.

Under the GDPR visitors may ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable. Under French law visitors may also give instructions about your data after your death.

Write to 123 STRATEGIA at the address in "Contact us". We reply within one month, which may be extended by two further months for complex requests, in which case we shall tell visitors why. We may ask for reasonable proof of identity, and exercising your rights is free of charge.

Where processing relies on our legitimate interest, visitors may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation, and we shall stop unless we have compelling legitimate grounds.

Visitors may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or at cnil.fr.

We are based in France, inside the European Economic Area, so most your messages never leaves the EU. our host Cloudflare operates a global network, so technical log data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.

We don't transfer your messages outside the EEA ourselves. Such hosting transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which our host Cloudflare is certified, and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses included in our host Cloudflare’s data processing addendum.

We review this policy when our website changes, before a game is released and when the law changes. The date and version at the top show the latest change; material changes shall be highlighted on this page.

Earlier versions are kept on file and can be sent on request, so visitors can see exactly what changed and when, together with the reason for each revision.
